IPCA (Induction heating and plasma melting combined atomization)

SuperFlow Metal Powders are manufactured by a proprietary combined induction heating and plasma melting atomization technology (IPCA). The combination of a high frequency induction preheating and RF plasma high temperature heating can effectively improve the temperature control of molten metal and the powder obtained by gas atomization has better sphericity and low porosity. We use high purity argon to atomize powder, ensuring low oxygen and nitrogen content. We strictly test the products before packaging to ensure consistency and stability of each batch of products.

The powder produced by IPCA has good fluidity, high purity, and low porosity. It is suitable for additive manufacturing, MIM, hot isostatic pressing, and spray coating.
